Noncitizen is an initiative of nine film directors to use their films as material for a conversations with the audience and invited guests on citizenship and the borders as a fantasy of control and power. Series at Kulturhuset are organized in collaborationwith the Utbildningsrasio and ABF Stockholm. With financial support by Swedish Film Institute.
